Grilled Taro Root, Nori, Sesame Seeds and Cheese
- 10 Taro root
- 1 bunch Cheese (Mozzarella, Parmesan, etc)
- 1 slice Bacon
- 1 pack Flavored nori seaweed
- 1/2 tbsp Roasted sesame seeds
- 1 Mayonnaise and panko
- Defrost the taro root (strain the water well).
- Mince the bacon.
- Arrange the taro root in a heatproof container, then sprinkle plenty of salt.
- Top with cheese.
- Top with bacon.
- Finely shred up the nori and sprinkle it on top, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Spread mayonnaise on top.
- Scatter some panko on top, then grill in the oven.
- If it begins to burn, cover with aluminum foil.
- It's ready once the cheese has melted.
