Glazed Country Ham Recipe
- 1 (12-16 lb.) country ham, trimmed and scored
- 1 pound dark brown sugar
- 1/2 c. dry sherry
- Mix the sugar and sherry to create a paste.
- Spoon this over the ham and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 2 hrs, till the glaze is golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot or possibly at room temperature.
- Feeds a crowd with plenty of leftovers.
- Serves a crowd.
