Glazed Country Ham Recipe

  1. Mix the sugar and sherry to create a paste.
  2. Spoon this over the ham and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 2 hrs, till the glaze is golden brown and crisp.
  3. Serve hot or possibly at room temperature.
  4. Feeds a crowd with plenty of leftovers.
  5. Serves a crowd.
