Grilled Pimento Cheese Sandwich
- 4 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese
- 1- 1/2 cup American Cheese, Shredded
- 2 ounces, weight Jar Pimentos
- 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 dash Garlic Powder
- 1 loaf Sourdough Bread
- 1 Tablespoon Butter, More Or Less As Needed To Spread On Each Slice Of Sourdough
- Soften the cream cheese to room temperature.
- Shred the American cheese.
- Drain pimentos.
- Mix together softened cream cheese, mayo, onion powder, cayenne pepper and dash of garlic powder.
- Add shredded cheese and pimentos, mix well.
- Butter one side of each slice of sourdough.
- Assemble sandwich, cook on a non-stick pan or griddle.
- Enjoy it and make yourself another.
