  1. Saute green
  2. pepper,
  3. onion
  4. and
  5. mushrooms in the oil; stir intlour
  6. and salt.
  7. Add milk and mushroom liquid, stirring constantly;
  8. cook
  9. until
  10. thickened.
  11. Add meatless fried chicken and
  12. pimento; stir briefly.
  13. Cook spaghetti according to directions on package;
  14. drain.
  15. Combine with above mixture; put into
  16. baking
  17. dishtoated with vegetable release coating. Bake at 300u0b0
  18. for
  19. 20
  20. to
  21. 30 minutes.
  22. Per serving:
  23. 203 calories, 10.9 grams protein and 9.5 grams fat.
