Chia Coconut Pudding

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 3hrs, until thickened.
  3. Has consistency of tapioca.
  4. Top with fresh blueberries, your favorite fruit, or enjoy as is!
