Hashed Beef Bread in a Bread Machine

  1. Put all ingredients except marked into the bread pan (put dry yeast in its appropriate compartment).
  2. Select dough-only setting and press start.
  3. After the dough is prepared, take it out.
  4. Divide the dough into 12 pieces.
  5. Deflate and shape into balls.
  6. Rest for 15 minutes.
  7. Wrap the hashed beef with the spread-out dough, and close the seams tightly.
  8. Place on the baking sheet with the seam side down, and let rise a 2nd time.
  9. Brush on olive oil over the top half, and coat with panko.
  10. Bake them in the preheated oven at 355F/180C for 15-20 minutes (18 minutes in my oven).
  11. They'll be golden brown baked.
