Hashed Beef Bread in a Bread Machine
- 200 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 50 grams Cake flour
- 10 grams Sugar
- 3 grams Salt
- 160 grams Milk (or Water)
- 20 grams Unsalted butter (cultured butter, if possible)
- 3 grams Dry yeast
- 1 appropriate amount Olive oil for garnish
- 1 appropriate amount Panko
- 12 tsp Left over hashed beef
- Put all ingredients except marked into the bread pan (put dry yeast in its appropriate compartment).
- Select dough-only setting and press start.
- After the dough is prepared, take it out.
- Divide the dough into 12 pieces.
- Deflate and shape into balls.
- Rest for 15 minutes.
- Wrap the hashed beef with the spread-out dough, and close the seams tightly.
- Place on the baking sheet with the seam side down, and let rise a 2nd time.
- Brush on olive oil over the top half, and coat with panko.
- Bake them in the preheated oven at 355F/180C for 15-20 minutes (18 minutes in my oven).
- They'll be golden brown baked.
