Asian Grilled Chicken

  1. Mix broth, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic and red pepper.
  2. Reserve 3/4 cup of mixture for basting; refrigerate.
  3. Pour remaining mixture into shallow non metallic dish.
  4. Add chicken and turn to coat.
  5. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
  6. Discard marinade.
  7. Grill (moderate heat) or broil chicken 20 minutes or until cooked through, turning and brushing often with reserved basting mixture.
