Kofta Egyptian Style
- 1/2 kg Minced Meat
- 1 Chopped and Diced Onion
- 2 tbsp Bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Salt (to taste)
- 1 Hot chilli powder (to taste)
- Mix all ingrediants in a Bowl
- Roll into clyndrical shapes finger like shapes
- Then leave in Fridge for atleast 30 minutes
- Then Grill it for about 20 minutes until cooked and slightly crispy on the outside
- Or for an amazing taste you can grill it over coal
