Steak Marinade Recipe
- 6 c. sugar
- 5 #10 cans Dole pineapple juice
- 2 1/2 qts sherry cooking wine
- 1/2 gallon soy sauce
- 1 qt red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- This recipe makes a very large quantity (over 2 gallons).
- Mix all ingredients.
- Marinade may be kept in refrigerator for up to 2 months.
- When ready to use, place six New York strips or possibly sirloin steaks (thawed) in a large plastic bag.
- Add in two c. of marinade.
- Marinate steaks in chill for 2 hrs or possibly up to 2 1/2 days, turning at least once every day.
- Grill steaks to desired doneness.
