Steak Marinade Recipe

  1. This recipe makes a very large quantity (over 2 gallons).
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Marinade may be kept in refrigerator for up to 2 months.
  4. When ready to use, place six New York strips or possibly sirloin steaks (thawed) in a large plastic bag.
  5. Add in two c. of marinade.
  6. Marinate steaks in chill for 2 hrs or possibly up to 2 1/2 days, turning at least once every day.
  7. Grill steaks to desired doneness.
