Apple Peach Chutney Recipe
- 7 x Golden brown delicious apples (about 3 lb), peeled, cored and minced, about 10 C.
- 2 can Sliced peaches (15-16 ounce ea.) liquid removed, sliced, in extra light syrup, cut in thirds
- 2 jar whole onions (15 ounce ea.), liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 1 c. Cider vinegar
- 1 c. Raisins
- 1 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1.Bring all ingredients to a boil in a large pot.
- Boil gently, uncovered, about 1 hour stirring occasionally, till thickened.

- Cold slightly (mix will continue to thicken as it cools).
- Pour into jars, cook, cover and chill.
- Makes 7 c.. Age for 3 days.
- Chill up to 2 months.
