Apple Peach Chutney Recipe

  1. 1.Bring all ingredients to a boil in a large pot.
  2. Boil gently, uncovered, about 1 hour stirring occasionally, till thickened.

  4. Cold slightly (mix will continue to thicken as it cools).
  5. Pour into jars, cook, cover and chill.
  6. Makes 7 c.. Age for 3 days.
  7. Chill up to 2 months.
