Burgers Made Easy!
- 1 lb hamburger meat
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 12 cup jalapeno, diced for extra spice
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Form into burgers, I like to make really big but not too thick that way they cook nice, juicy and fast -- So roughly the size of your hand, but patted flat, about 1 to 2 inch thickness.
- Although, generally its good to just make the burgers relative to the size of the buns you have.
- Grill on Medium heat, roughly 5-10 mins on each side.
- try hard not to constantly flip and move the burgers.
- Just flip once!
- if your are not sure if they are done, you can tell by looking at the juices coming out, if its clear they are done!
- Enjoy.
