Butterscotch Fondue Recipe

  1. In a 1-qt saucepan over medium-high heat, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, whipping cream and butter.
  2. Stir to a boil, cook 5 min.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla.
  4. Pour into warmed small bowl set over canned heat/fondue pot.
  5. Just before serving, cut apples into wedges and bananas into 1 inch chunks.
  6. Arrange on platter with skewers and sauce.
