Asiago Baked Salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix yogurt, cheese, shallots, parsley and garlic together.
  4. Spread on top of salmon.
  5. Bake until fish flakes about 15 minutes.
