Great Potato Salad

  1. Cut 1 egg crosswise in half; reserve 1 half for garnish.
  2. Chop remaining eggs.
  3. Mix mayo and mustard in large bowl.
  4. Add potatoes, chopped eggs, celery, peas, onions and pepper; mix lightly.
  5. Cut reserved egg half into thin slices; arrange on top of salad.
  6. Cover.
  7. Refrigerate 3 hours or until chilled.
