Guilt Free Eggs With Curry and Water Chestnuts
- 2 cups Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 2 tablespoons Butter Buds
- 3 green onions, minced
- 2 teaspoons curry (or to taste, Madras curry is recommended)
- 8 ounces water chestnuts, diced
- cayenne pepper, to taste
- salt, to taste
- apple, slices for garnish (optional)
- banana, slices for garnish (optional)
- orange juice, for dressing apple slices and banana slices as garnish (optional)
- Combine Egg Mixture ingredients and scramble over medium heat.
- Serve eggs with optional garnish: apple slices and banana slices tossed in orange juice.
