Turkey-Noodle Poppy Seed Casserole

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Drain well and set aside.
  3. Saute onion and green pepper in butter in a Dutch oven until tender; add flour, stirring until smooth.
  4. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
  6. Stir in noodles, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and next 4 ingredients; add pimiento and stir gently.
