Fruit Salad With Pretzel Topping

  1. Preheat oven to 450 and line a jelly roll pan with foil.
  2. For topping:.
  3. Place broken pretzels on pan.
  4. Mix melted butter and brown sugar together.
  5. Dump over pretzels.
  6. Stir until well coated.
  7. Bake 5 minutes.
  8. Cool and break apart.
  9. For salad:.
  10. Mix pudding and buttermilk together in large bowl.
  11. Fold in whipped topping, pineapple and mandarin oranges.
  12. Cover top of salad with pretzel topping just before serving.
