Cauliflower Au Gratin

  1. Preheat oven broiler. In a large skillet, saut garlic and ham in butter over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add cauliflower. Stir and cook until tender but still crisp. In a small bowl, combine cream, flour, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Blend well with whisk. Slowly stir flour mixture into skillet. Cook and stir until thickened. Simmer 1 additional minute. Pour into a 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Place under broiler until lightly browned, about 2 to 4 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
