Beef Tenderloin With Mushroom Gravy Recipe
- 4-5 pound beef tenderloin, deveined
- Italian salad dressing
- Brush beef tenderloin with Italian salad dressing.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 45 min.
- Meanwhile, sauce mushrooms in a little butter.
- Sprinkle a little flour on top and blend.
- Add in beer and a little Worcestershire sauce.
- Blend.
- Add in jar of brown gravy.
- Heat and serve with tenderloin.
- Serves 6-8.
