Swiss Green Beans

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a 3 quart saucepan combine 2 tablespoons melted butter, flour, onion, sugar, salt, pepper, sour cream and 4 ounces of the cheese.
  3. Cook over low heat and stir constantly until thickened.
  4. Fold in green beans.
  5. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
  6. In a small bowl combine cereal crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over beans.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
