Chicken Ginger

  1. wash chicken.
  2. rub chicken with salt.
  3. stuff chicken with ginger, garlic and spring onion.
  4. put in boiling water.
  5. let water boil for 10 minutes.
  6. cover and simmer for 40 mins over low heat.
  7. remove chicken and soak in ice cold water for 5 minutes.
  8. remove chicken from ice water and remove stuffing.
  9. rub chicken with sesame oil.
  10. let it cool then chop into pieces.
