Emma's spaghetti bolognese

  1. Finely chop the onion.
  2. Grate the garlic.
  3. Slice the mushrooms.
  4. Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and add the onions and garlic.
  5. Stir them until they have softened.
  6. Put in your mushrooms and some extra olive oil.
  7. Stir until they have softened somewhat.
  8. Pour in your strained tomatoes/passata.
  9. Season with your spices and stir.
  10. Let your bolognese simmer on a low heat for two hours.
  11. Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
  12. Place the pasta in a bowl or on a plate and spoon on some bolognese.
  13. Top with the greek yoghurt.
