Starbuck's Frappicino (Copycat)

• 3 ounces starbucks espresso, Dark Roast, Strong Brewed
• 4 ounces half-and-half
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• ice cube

1. Brew the espresso, ( I use 1/4c.
2. espresso to 4 Celsius water) take a side the 3 oz.
3. of coffee.
4. Add the sugar and vanilla, stir till dissovled.
5. Add the Half and half stir.
6. Pour over ice cubes and serve.
