Starbuck's Frappicino (Copycat)
- 3 ounces starbucks espresso, Dark Roast, Strong Brewed
- 4 ounces half-and-half
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ice cube
- Brew the espresso, ( I use 1/4c.
- espresso to 4 Celsius water) take a side the 3 oz.
- of coffee.
- Add the sugar and vanilla, stir till dissovled.
- Add the Half and half stir.
- Pour over ice cubes and serve.
