Southern Bbq Chicken Salad
- 24 Boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 3 cups Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 3 cups Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
- 1 1/2 cups Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 5 cups red pepper strips
- 5 cups whole kernel corn
- 5 cups black beans, drained
- 1 1/2 cups green onion
- 1 1/2 cups Kraft Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- Grill chicken breast until cooked through, brushing with first amount of barbecue sauce; cool and cut into strips.
- Combine dressing with second amount of barbecue sauce.
- Set aside.
- On a bed of shredded lettuce, arrange chicken, red pepper, corn and beans in strips side by side.
- Sprinkle with onions and cheese.
- Serve dressing on the side.
