Make-Ahead Fajitas

  1. Combine all filling ingredients in slow cooker; mix well.
  2. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6-8 hours, or High heat setting 3-4 hours.
  3. Drain off liquid.
  4. Cut or shred meat, if desired.
  5. Place meat mixture onto warm tortillas.
  6. Top with desired toppings.
