Tamarind BBQ Salmon
- 1 salmon fillet (1 lb./450g)
- 1/4 cup Kraft Chicken'N Rib BBQ Sauce
- 1 tsp. tamarind paste
- 1/2 tsp. garam masala
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place fish on parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Combine next 7 ingredients; spread on top of fish.
- Bake 15 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Remove from oven; top with remaining ingredients.
