Potatoes Puree (Aligot )

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water to taste and cover for about 20 minute or till tender.
  2. Drain and peel your potatoes.
  3. Now mash the potatoes with the heavy cream in a large bowl,season with pepper.
  4. Meanwhile melt the butter in a small pan, and saute the garlic for abou 1 minute.
  5. Now you may add in the Brie cheese and stir till completely melted.
  6. Stir the melted cheese mixture into the mashed potatoes, and garnish with.
  7. chive, if you don't have chives use green onion, or parsley, serve immediately.
