Lobster Thermidor

  1. Prepare cream sauce using egg shade for coloring.
  2. Combine with all the above ingredients, except cheese, paprika, sherry wine and bread crumbs.
  3. Fill the lobster shells with this mixture; sprinkle with mixture of cheese and bread crumbs.
  4. Top with paprika for color.
  5. Moisten tops with sherry wine.
  6. Bake at 400u0b0 for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
