Chinese Beef With Veggies and Cashews
- 1 12 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 12 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 (15 ounce) can Chinese vegetables, drained
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 14 cups cashew nuts
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
- 2 cups water
- 1 12 teaspoons beeef bouillon
- 1 12 cups chow mein noodles
- In a skillet, brown beef, and stir well breaking up meat.
- In a large bowl, combine onion, bell pepper, celery, rice, soysauce, tabasco, salt, Chinese veggies, mushrooms, and cashew nuts.
- In a saucepan, combine soup, water, and beef bouillon, and heat just enough to mix well.
- Combine beef and soup mixture with onion-vegetable mixture.
- Pour into greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle noodles over casserole.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
