Myrl's Rolls
- 4 -5 eggs, beaten (can use 3)
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 tablespoon lemon flavoring
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 23 cup butter
- 14 ounce fresh yeast cake
- 2 cups milk, scalded and cooled
- 5 cups flour, about (or all you can stir in)
- Beat 10 minutes.
- Let rise 4 hours.
- Roll 1/4 in thick.
- Cut, butter, and place in pan and bake about 20 minutes.
