Banana Split Pie
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 3 bananas, sliced lengthwise
- 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 pt. sliced strawberries or 1 can cherry pie filling
- Cool Whip
- 22 crushed gingersnaps
- 5 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) tub whipped topping
- 1 small pkg. pistachio instant pudding
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. slivered almonds
- 3/4 c. flaked coconut
- Mix the gingersnaps with melted butter.
- Pat into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 10 minutes at 300u0b0.
- While the crust is baking, mix together the whipped topping, pudding and pineapple.
- Pour into the cooled crust and top with almonds and coconut.
- Wrap in your love and deliver with a blessing card.
