Skillet Cornbread

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Scald the butter and cream then add to the dry ingredients.
  3. Mix in the eggs.
  4. Grease and flour a 9 or 10 inch cast iron skillet.
  5. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
