Red Cabbage with Apples

  1. Place cabbage in a large saucepan.
  2. Add boiling water.
  3. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add apples and cook for 10 minutes or until tender.
  5. Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
