Perfectly Nutritious Komatsuna and Shimeji Mushroom Namul
- 1 bunch Komatsuna
- 1/2 bunch Shimeji mushrooms
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Rinse the komatsuna thoroughly, chop into bite sizes, and parboil in salt water.
- Before they finish parboiling, add the shredded shimeji after trimming off the root ends.
- Chill in cold water, then squeeze out the excess water.
- Add the seasonings, mix until evenly combined, then serve!
