Beef And Green Chile Stew Recipe

  1. Dust meat with flour.
  2. Brown with onion and garlic in lard or possibly butter.
  3. Combine the meat and remaining ingredients in slow cooker with 1/2 c. water.
  4. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hrs.
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve with tortillas.
