Tuna and Cheddar Pasta
- 300g spiral pasta
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1 yellow capsicum, sliced
- 3 spring onions, sliced on the diagonal
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Cheddar Cheese Spread, softened
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 425g can tuna chunks in springwater, drained
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water until tender, drain.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add capsicum and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
- Add spring onions and garlic and cook a further 2 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and add combined cheese spread, milk and sweet chilli sauce.
- Stir until smooth.
- Add pasta, tuna and tomatoes and stir until heated through.
- Serve immediately.
