Mini Crustless Spinach and Feta Quiches
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3/4 cup finely chopped fresh spinach
- 3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Whisk eggs, Miracle Whip and milk until blended.
- Spoon spinach into 24 mini muffin pan cups sprayed generously with cooking spray; top with cheese.
- Spoon egg mixture into cups.
- Bake 17 to 20 min.
- or until centres are set and tops are golden brown.
- Immediately run knife around edge of quiches, then remove from pan to serve.
