Fish Sticks Redefined
- 1 cup cod
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons agar-agar
- 1 quart tartar sauce
- dried parsley
- Cook the Cod.
- Place Tartar Sauce in decorative bowl.
- Set aside.
- Add fish stock, agar agar and Cod to blender and hit "liquefy".
- Continue to liquefy for 5 minutes, then finish off with "whip".
- Pour your Cod Foam onto the reserved decorative bowl of Tartar Sauce and serve immediately garnished with dried parsley.
