Fish Sticks Redefined

  1. Cook the Cod.
  2. Place Tartar Sauce in decorative bowl.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Add fish stock, agar agar and Cod to blender and hit "liquefy".
  5. Continue to liquefy for 5 minutes, then finish off with "whip".
  6. Pour your Cod Foam onto the reserved decorative bowl of Tartar Sauce and serve immediately garnished with dried parsley.
