Jesse's Apple Cinnamon Bread
- 1 -2 gala apples
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of soft butter
- 13 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 cup hot water
- 3 cups white flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons of machine yeast
- 3 teaspoons gluten
- In a small sauce pan on top of the stove put sliced apple,brown sugar,cinnamon and butter.
- Cook around 8 to 10 mins until apples are on the soft side.It will make a nice dark thick sauce when sauce is done.
- In your machine pan place the water, then the sauce.
- Add flour,salt,yeast and gluten.
- Cook it on white bread setting.
- This will make your bread a nice dark color that looks like it's a wheat bread.This will be the best bread you made all year, I promise.
- P.S 1/3cup raisin and or nuts may be used if you like.
