Final Stage Baby Food: Meat Sauce

• 150 grams Ground meat (any kind)
• 1/2 Onion
• 1/2 Carrot
• 1/2 Tomato
• 2 tbsp Ketchup
• 150 grams Water
• 1 pinch Consomme stock granules (optional)
• 1 dash Olive oil

1. Mince the onion, grate the carrot, and chop the tomato.
2. Heat a small amount of olive oil in a frying pan and saute the onion until lightly browned.
3. Add the grated carrot and continue cooking.
4. Once cooked, add the ground meat.
5. Once the meat has changed color, add the water and tomato.
6. Simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Add the ketchup and simmer for another 10 minutes to finish it up.
