Lasagna Swirls

  1. Cook noodles as directed on package.
  2. Rinse thoroughly with cold water and drain.
  3. Mix together spinach, 3/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese, Ricotta, salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and nutmeg. Spread 1/3 cup cheese mixture along entire length of each noodle, roll noodles up and stand on end in buttered 7 to 8-inch casserole at least 2 1/2 inches deep with a small amount of sauce.
  4. Pour sauce over noodles.
  5. Cover and refrigerate if made ahead.
  6. May be frozen also.
  7. Bake, covered, in 350u0b0
  8. oven until rolls are heated through, about 30 minutes (50 to 60 minutes if cold).
  9. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
