Tex-Mex Fajitas

  1. Spray skillet with no stick cooking spray.
  2. Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir on medium-high heat 5 minutes.
  3. Add green pepper and onion; cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Place 1/4 cup chicken mixture and 1/4 cup cheese on center of each tortilla; fold in half.
  5. Serve with salsa.
