Her Majesty's Pearl

• 1/4 ounce Simple Syrup
• 7 drops of rose water
• Ice
• 1 1/2 ounces white rum, preferably Rhum agricole
• 1/2 ounce Cognac
• 1/2 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
• 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice

1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
2. Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir well.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
