Tangy Cream Cheese Bites with Marinara Sauce

  1. Shape cream cheese into 48 small balls (or into 12 balls for trial recipe), using 1-1/2 Tbsp.
  2. for each.
  3. Dredge in flour, dip in eggs, then in bread crumbs.
  4. Freeze 1 hour.
  5. For each shared appetizer: Fry 3 bites in 325 degrees F fryer 3 min.
  6. or until golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
  8. Garnish each bite with a pinch of salt.
  9. Serve with 3 Tbsp.
  10. marinara sauce and a basil sprig.
