Mustard-Glazed Salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
  3. Place salmon, skin side down, in dish.
  4. Glaze with mustard over each fillet.
  5. Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until salmon is no longer red and cooked through.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped dill if desired.
