Chocolate Chunk Jumble Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix flour, coconut and baking soda in medium bowl; set aside.
  3. Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla; beat until well blended.
  5. Gradually beat in flour mixture; mix well.
  6. Stir in chocolate chunks, nuts and raisins.
  7. Drop scant 1/4 cupfuls of dough, 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
  8. Bake 14 to 15 min.
  9. or until golden brown.
  10. Cool on baking sheets 1 min.
  11. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  12. Drizzle cookies with melted chocolate.
  13. Let stand at room temperature or refrigerate on waxed paper-lined tray 15 min.
  14. or until chocolate is firm.
