Guacasalsa (Avocado Salsa)

  1. Roast serranos and garlic.
  2. Cut avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh.
  3. Now place all ingredients, except the cilantro, in a blender or food processor.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Add cilantro and pulse until well incorporated.
  6. Serve with tacos, nachos or as a dip.
