Guacasalsa (Avocado Salsa)
- 1 large avocado (ripened)
- 2 serranos (roasted)
- 2 clove garlic (roasted)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1/4 small onion
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 tsp salt (or more to taste)
- 1/4 bunch cilantro (roughly chopped)
- Roast serranos and garlic.
- Cut avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh.
- Now place all ingredients, except the cilantro, in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add cilantro and pulse until well incorporated.
- Serve with tacos, nachos or as a dip.
