Vegetarian Mexican Lasagna

  1. Season meatless crumbles with the taco seasoning using only 1/4 cup water.
  2. Prepare cheesy rice as directed.
  3. In a 2 quart round dish spray cooking spray.
  4. Coat bottom with Taco Sauce.
  5. Layer 3 corn tortilas, Rice, meat, cheese.
  6. 3 tortilas, rice, meat, cheese.
  7. 3 tortilas, sauce, cheese.
  8. Bake at 300 for 20 minutes.
  9. I didnt have Picante at the time so I just used reg Ortega Mild Taco sauce.
  10. You can use picante if desired.
