Bok Choy With Hot Bacon Sauce Recipe

  1. Combine first five ingredients in a saucepan; simmer 5 min.
  2. Heat oil in a wok or possibly large skillet.
  3. Add in bok choy; stir fry till crisp tender.
  4. Place on serving dish; spoon warm sauce over.
  5. Serves 6.
