Banana & Peanut Butter Stuffed French Toast

  1. Spread 2 bread slices with peanut butter; cover with remaining bread slices.
  2. Lightly press edges together to seal.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk and vanilla in pie plate until blended.
  4. Dip sandwiches, 1 at a time, in egg mixture, turning to evenly moisten both sides of each.
  5. Spray large heavy skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium heat.
  6. Add sandwiches; cook 2 min.
  7. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Sprinkle with sugar.
