Banana & Peanut Butter Stuffed French Toast
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Banana Granola Crunch Crunchy Peanut Butter with Banana and Granola
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. powdered sugar
- Spread 2 bread slices with peanut butter; cover with remaining bread slices.
- Lightly press edges together to seal.
- Whisk eggs, milk and vanilla in pie plate until blended.
- Dip sandwiches, 1 at a time, in egg mixture, turning to evenly moisten both sides of each.
- Spray large heavy skillet with cooking spray; heat on medium heat.
- Add sandwiches; cook 2 min.
- on each side or until golden brown on both sides.
- Sprinkle with sugar.
